We helped Sanoma News create the Oma kaupunki hyperlocal service, which combines local news, events and businesses into a one-stop-shop for everything near you. One key aspect of the site is user generated content, and with hundreds of thousands of weekly visitors there's a lot of it, too.

We built the Reilu kartta  service for the Fairtrade Finland organization. Reilu kartta helps the users find fair trade certified products near them using an easy to use map based user interface. Users can also add new places as well as edit and rate them. The site also has a mobile version which uses GPS tracking to provide the nearest places on the go.

The site won the infodesign category and was awarded an honorary mention in the startup category at the Grand One 2009 competition. Eat.fi was acquired by MTV3 in November 2011.
